For this one, I stained a piece of wood a light blue color, then added a black stain around it. It made a vignetting effect. Then I bent and twisted guitar strings into vines, with the ends of the strings making the multi-colored berries. The colors are the original color coding of the six strings, E, A, D, G, B, E.
